• We offer door-to-door delivery in the following places for now – Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru and Mutare. For the rest of Zimbabwe, collection of orders must be done from the nearest Electrosales Store, FedEx Depot and Swift depot.

• Bulk items will always be at a discounted price on our platform.

7. Do you replace lost items or breakages?

• If an item in your order is missing or damaged, we will issue the sender with a discount coupon to the value of the goods missing or damaged.

• No, you can spend as much as you like on any given day. The minimum order value must, however, be ZAR500.00.
