RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products and using our services.

We offer a guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below in order to validate the condition that applies to your situation while following the correct procedure.

NO REFUNDS

When purchasing products from Kambudzi, you acknowledge that Kambudzi does not provide refunds to Customers. All orders made on Kambudzi are final and non-refundable.

RETURNS

Kambudzi has a NO RETURN policy. Once a parcel is signed by the recipient at the allocated depot, the order is completed and no products can be returned.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

If a recipient, upon collection at the allocated depot, identifies that the items are damaged or missing, the recipient must notify the employee on duty. The products will be inspected by the employee on duty. If it is established that the goods are damaged or missing, the Customer will be issued with an in-store credit for the value of the goods that are damaged or missing.

NON-COLLECTION OF GOODS

Customers acknowledge that if the goods are not collected from any of the allocated depots after 21 days from the date of notification received from Kambudzi that items are ready to be collected, the order for the goods shall be forfeited and no refund or in-store credit shall be given.

LATE OR MISSING CREDIT

If you have not received an in-store credit no later than 14 calendar days after receiving approval from us, please contact us at support@kambudzi.com.
